GFA Local Leaders Training Program
The GFA Local Leaders Training Program is a structured onboarding and capacity-building initiative designed to equip leaders and their teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to successfully grow and manage their local chapters. The program focuses on providing a consistent foundation while allowing flexibility for leaders to tailor their approach based on local needs and market dynamics.
- Introduction to GFA and Leadership Foundations
- Community Building and Engagement Strategies
- Hosting Successful GFA Events
Marketing and Branding for Local Chapters - Financial Management and Revenue Generation
- Governance, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
Date: January 16, Zoom, 1 pm to 5 pm.
Date: January 23, Thailand, 1 pm to 5 pm
Date: January 30, Vietnam, 1 pm to 5 pm
Fee: $50
Local Leaders Weekly Mentoring & Mastermind Sessions
GFA Training Portal Access:
- Comprehensive library of pre-recorded videos, case studies, templates, and guides.
- Discussion forum for Local Leaders to share experiences and tips.
Mentorship Program:
- Weekly check-ins to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer feedback.
Mastermind Sessions:
- Group coaching calls
- Opportunity to discuss challenges, brainstorm solutions, and share best practices.
GFA Trainer Training
Qualification
- Must have attended five (5) GFA trainings (online / face-to-face)
- Must have attended a Cross Border Summit event.
- Completed the Trainer Training program.
- Get CTM status after conducting a training with 90% approval score.
- GFA member of at least 6 months and in active status (joins meetings, trainings, cross-border matchmaking sessions). 90% attendance rate.
- Recommended by GFA Local Leader to join the program
Perks
- Can organize own training based on GFA approved programs. Training program must be through GFA recognized chapters.
- Can join GFA organized events as speaker or panelist to share insights.
- Be listed as a CTM and can be tapped by other chapters.
- Be given a standard fee for training engagements. (based on rate chart)
