What is the Airport Code?

What are the free airport pick-up times?

Airport to resort travel times is between 30 mins to 40 mins by car.
Mornings – 11:00am
After Lunch – 1:00pm
Late Afternoon – 5:00pm
Evening – please message April for special transfer times.

When is the best time to arrive and leave CNX?

There will be a lunch get together on Jan 3 so it is best to arrive in the morning.

The event will also end with a lunch gathering on Jan 5 so best to pick flights on Sunday evening. You could also request to stay an additional night on Sunday and leave Monday (additional hotel night fee required for extension)

What are the recommended airlines?

AirAsia is the cheapest and has a lot of flight options.

If I bring my family, friend or partner how much are the fees?

The resort charges per person to cover food, transfers and accommodation.

Members and their plus one or family – $100/ person
Non-Members and their plus one or family – $500/ person for participating attendees and $100/ person for non-participants

**Non-participants are those who stay with you in the resort but will not join the party or event schedule.

Will I be getting my own room?

The resort has limited rooms. When you register early, you get the good room and have your own room to have alone or share with a partner, friend or family member. If you register late, you’ll have to share the room with other attendees.

Is there a beach/ water activities?

Chiang Mai is a mountain area, available water activities are limited to the pool only.
